Cancellation policy

Please note that neither ISMAR12, IAH-SA or Conferences et al (event organiser), is responsible for cancellation of attendance at the symposium for any personal reasons, and no exceptions to the refund policies given below will be made.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Conference Organiser (Conferences et al) in writing.

Refunds policy

For cancellations received prior to 1 December 2024, the full registration fee will be refunded less an administration fees of ZAR500.00.
From 2 December 2024 registrations will be considered final and no refunds will be made.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the Symposium

Privacy clause

Information collected in respect of the proposed participation in any aspect of the Congress will be used for the purposes of planning the symposium. It will also be used to produce an attendee list including Delegates’ and registered exhibitor staff member details. Please notify the Conference Organiser should you wish to have your details omitted from the delegate list.
